Trading of real or virtual goods and products, as well as virtual currencies, involves significant risk. Prices can fluctuate on any given day. Due to such price fluctuations, your assets may increase or decrease in value at any time.
The content on our website, including but not limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features, as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to Hyperion Exchange.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for reasons including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
Hyperion Exchange is not responsible for any damages or losses, partial or total, that you may suffer while trading on our platform. This includes but is not limited to losses caused by force majeure events, such as delays in block production on the ZK Fair network, disruptions in the ZK Fair network, errors in oracle price feeds, hacker attacks, AWS server service interruptions, or other unforeseeable circumstances. These events may lead to the partial or total loss of assets or positions held by users on the exchange, for which Hyperion Exchange is not liable.
